Thanks Sandi for a great series of articles. Buyers need to know that dealing with banks is nothing like dealing with individual home sellers. I’ve seen banks do things that make no sense at all. Many agents don’t know how to deal with banks. Your informative posts should help everyone in the Chico real estate market get a better grasp of how the whole REO thing works. - Karl
