		<description>Great post Sandi....unfortunately a lot of the unscrupulous lenders that got into the game over the last 2-3 years are the very reason that the mortgage industry is in the condition it's in here in California.  Very informative post.

Your point is an accurate addition to the post-  thank you!  Not all borrowers realize that they are entitled to that report, and end up paying the price if another institution requests an additional one later.</description>
